Please read these Terms of Service completely using https://coastaldrone.co which is owned and operated by Coastal Drone Co. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at https://coastaldrone.co and other web properties including https://learn.coastaldrone.co
By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Course Expiration
Our courses are time-limited to ensure you are learning from the latest content that is accurate and relevant with regards to aviation regulations. Your purchase of coastaldrone.co courses is a pre-paid, non-renewing subscription for 12 months from the first date of login. Extensions beyond the date of purchase plus 12 months will be subject to a renewal fee. In the event a course requires an amendment (in either addition or removal of content) during your subscription period, you will be provided with the updated version at no charge and the old content will be deactivated to prevent negative training.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with the course material or are experience extenuating circumstances, please reach out to [email protected]. We cannot offer refunds if any purchased content has been downloaded or if over 25% of the course materials has been viewed. This refund policy is valid for 30 days from initial purchase. All refunds will be subject to a small administrative fee.
Price Protection – Promotional Pricing
Coastal Drone will occasionally offer limited retail sales promotions and discounts on our courses and products. In the event a purchase is made through coastaldrone.co and subsequently our retail price of the course drops within 30 days, please reach out to [email protected] for a credit of the difference which can be applied towards future purchases. This policy excludes our invoiced enterprise customers.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Coastal Drone Co and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Links to Other Websites
Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Coastal Drone Co.
Coastal Drone Co. has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.
Changes to This Agreement
Coastal Drone Co reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Coastal Drone Co site immediately.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://coastaldrone.co (the “Site”).
